How we handle your information

Effective October 1, 2026. This covers harrismultiservice.net, operated by HARRIS MULTISERVICE LLC. Questions or requests: support@harrismultiservice.net.

What we collect

What you tell us: when you send our request form, your name, email, phone (optional), the service you need, your timing, your preferred language and anything you write. If you become a client, the documents and details you provide for your case.

What your browser sends: when you send the form, our servers record your IP address, browser and device type, the page you came from and the date and time.

Spam protection

Our form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from automated spam. Cloudflare processes technical information from your browser for that check under its own privacy policy (cloudflare.com/privacypolicy).

How we use it

To reply to your request, prepare a quote and, if you hire us, prepare and file your documents at your direction. To send you a confirmation that we received your request. To prevent fraud, spam and abuse.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information or share it for anyone else’s marketing. It is handled by the providers we use to run the business: Google Cloud (hosting and storage), Google Workspace (email) and Cloudflare (spam protection). Government agencies receive what we file on your behalf, at your direction. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

IP addresses are deleted after 90 days. Your request is kept while we are discussing or doing work together and afterwards for as long as we reasonably need it for our records and legal obligations, or until you ask us to delete it where the law allows.

Your choices

Email support@harrismultiservice.net to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it. We answer within 30 days. If you received our confirmation email but did not send the form, tell us and we will remove your address. California residents may request the categories of personal information we collect and the categories of third parties we share it with, as listed on this page.

Do Not Track

There is no common standard for responding to a browser’s Do Not Track signal, and our site does not change its behavior when it receives one. We do not track you across other websites.

Security

Information travels over encrypted connections and is stored in access-controlled systems. Documents you upload to your client portal are kept in a secure vault.

Not a law firm

Harris Multiservice LLC is not a law firm and is not an attorney licensed to practice law in the State of Florida. We prepare and file documents at your direction. We cannot give legal advice or accept fees for legal advice.

Changes

If we change what we collect or how we use it, we will update this page and its effective date.
